Nick was introduced to CrossFit in the winter of 2013 in Canada.  He was quickly hooked and gained he's level 1 CrossFit certification.  After returning to Australia he has continued to educate himself to better help members learn and grow.  When he's not at the gym you'll most likely find him doing some sort of physical activity outside like biking, swimming or snowboarding.

Meet Lindsay, a dedicated member of the MSF community since 2019, who transformed her life through CrossFit. With a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification and 12 years of experience in early childhood education, she is passionate about introducing young athletes to the joy of movement and strength. Lindsay creates a fun and empowering environment in our CrossFit Kids classes, helping kids build confidence, develop healthy habits, and learn essential fitness skills for life. When she’s not coaching, you can find her lifting heavy at the gym, spending quality time with family, or by the beach.

Gabby

Gab started CrossFit after lockdown in 2020 and immediately became hooked with the challenge that CrossFit presents and the environment at MSF.

She completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2021 and is an Accredited Exercise Scientist with ESSA and completed her Level 1 CrossFit coaching qualification.

Outside of MSF, Gab is a competitive power lifter so she is definitely happiest with a barbell in hand (preferably squatting) or outside of the gym, you’ll find her with a book in hand or at the beach.

Jake

I am a full time firefighter originally from Sydney and moved up to Catherine Hill Bay 2 years ago.  I have been doing CrossFit for about 18 months and loving every minute of it.

The best thing abut coaching is being able to help people achieve their fitness goals and seeing everyone get better each day.  I really aim to give everyone the best hour of their day.

I spend my spare time training, I also don't mind my golf aswell, spending time with my beautiful wife or hanging out with mates.

Taz has held her level one CrossFit accreditation for the past 6 years and has been a part of the CrossFit world since 2010.
Taz has coached at many gyms around the central coast prior to having a year off to have her baby boy River in July. She has recently made her way back into the coaching world and has landed herself a spot on our team.
Taz has always had a passion for CrossFit (especially lifting a Barbell) and she intends to stay with our team for years to come.
Taz has many interests outside of the gym, her top 3 being family time, water skiing & drinking Margaritas.
