The Golden Class is perfect for mature adults, especially those who are new to functional fitness and want to stay fit and active. We focus on movements that enhance everyday activities, like lifting children or managing household items and chores. Discomfort can limit our ability to engage in these tasks, making essential actions like pushing, pulling, and walking more difficult. Our goal is to help you maintain your fitness and activity level for as long as possible.
